I have been remiss in not getting on touch with you sooner. I just wanted to say what a fabulous addition to KIRA it was to have Tony Quinn as an MC!

He was a delight from beginning to end - kept the very full agenda moving along so we stayed to schedule, cracked great spontaneous jokes as unexpected situations arose, and generally set the tone for a relaxed evening of fun. He worked local and topical material in as though he had known us forever! And I was rewriting the script up to 5 minutes beforehand, and he took the changes all in his stride with precision and good humour.

I would not hesitate to recommend him to any organization looking for an MC for their special event. He looked great in the tux, too. He did a very funny stand-up routine after dinner, so he's obviously talented at straight comedy, but the revelation for us was how a professional comedian can work so well as an MC - keeping, it light, tight, and totally enjoyable.

I hope I can find another event to put on soon so I have an excuse to ask Tony to come back!
